Rewire & Rise · A 12-week group program · Founding cohort begins October 2026
You did everything you were told to — and you still feel like you don't quite fit.
Rewire & Rise is a twelve-week group program for the woman who learned, a long time ago, that the most feeling, sensitive parts of her were "too much" — and quietly put them away. Twelve weeks to understand who you actually are underneath all of that, let those parts come back to life, and start building a life and work that finally feel like yours.
8 places. Applications close 30 September 2026.
WHERE IT STARTED
And it didn't start at work
Long before any job, most of us learned which parts of ourselves were welcomed and approved of by our parents and our teachers — and which parts it was safer not to show. As children we needed their love and approval, so we learned to lead with the parts that were welcome and to quietly keep the rest hidden. And for a sensitive, deeply feeling little girl, the parts that got hidden were usually the best ones: her feelings, her voice, her needs, her playfulness, the way she noticed everything.
So she became the calm one, the easy one, the one who didn't ask for much — because that's what kept the people she needed close to her. And it worked, which is exactly why she never had a reason to stop. Over time she got so good at being who everyone needed her to be that she slowly lost touch with who she truly is underneath. There's nothing wrong with you for that. It's how a little girl makes sure of the love she needs. However, it has quietly been costing you the person you actually are.
The working world didn't create any of this. It just rewarded it, and handed you one more place to be the composed, undemanding version of yourself — which is a large part of why you can be respected at work and still feel, underneath it all, like you're standing slightly outside of your own life.
THE COST
What it costs, day to day
There's a gap between who you really are inside and the version of yourself you show the world all day. Living in that gap has a cost — mostly it just leaves you tired in a way no holiday ever seems to fix. You come back from two weeks away and within about four days you feel exactly as you did before, and you can't work out why.
That's not the workload. It's the quiet, constant effort of keeping the most alive parts of yourself tucked away from nine in the morning until six at night, and then a little more at the weekend.
I call it the Authenticity Gap. And once you can see it, you can start closing it.
WHY UNDERSTANDING IT HASN'T BEEN ENOUGH
You may already understand quite a lot of this
You've probably read the books. Maybe you've done therapy, or a course, or spent a late evening reading about your chart online and felt something land. And you understood it — and then Monday came, and very little actually changed.
That's not a failing on your part. It's just that knowing who you really are is one thing, and actually living as that person is another thing entirely, and the second one is where all the real work is. You can't think your way out of something you lived your way into. Insight on its own doesn't rewire a life; gentle repetition does.
That's why this is twelve weeks and not an afternoon. One piece of you at a time, week after week, with the same small group beside you and me alongside it — long enough for it to stop being something you understand and start being how you live.
WHAT REWIRE & RISE IS
Twelve weeks to come home to yourself
Rewire & Rise is a small group program that runs for twelve weeks. Each week we take one part of you — your feelings, your voice, your sense of worth, your anger, your courage, your faith in what's possible — and we do three things with it. We look at how that part of you was shaped when you were young. We look honestly at what it's been costing you since. And then we practise living it differently, in real life, that week.
You're not here to become someone new. You already are the person you're looking for — you've just been under a lot of things for a long time, and this is twelve weeks of gently clearing them away.
THE MAP
How I know where to look
I use astrology in this work, and I want to be straightforward with you about what that means and what it doesn't.
I don't predict anything. I have no interest in telling you what's going to happen to you, or what you should do with your life. Astrology, the way I use it, isn't a forecast of your future — it's a map of who you already are. It shows me, with real precision, which parts of you were always meant to be loud, where you're likely to have learned to go quiet, and what it costs you when you do. It means we don't spend the first month of this working out what's actually going on with you. We already know, from week one, and we can spend the whole twelve weeks on the part that matters — bringing you back.
You don't need to know anything about astrology to do this, and you'll never be asked to learn it. Plenty of people who've worked with me came in fairly sceptical about the whole thing. It works just as well.
THE TWELVE WEEKS
What we work through, week by week
Week 1 — The feelings you learned to keep quiet
The Moon
What you actually need in order to feel safe and at home in yourself — and how early you learned to stop asking for it. This is where the phrase "don't be so sensitive" usually first shows up, and where we begin giving that part of you back to you.
Week 2 — The place you've always felt not enough
Chiron
The old, tender spot you've quietly worked around your whole life. We go there gently — and we look at how the thing you were most ashamed of turns out to be very close to what you're here to give other people.
Week 3 — Your voice, and the things you've never said
Mercury
How you learned to speak in order to be accepted rather than to be honest — the over-explaining, the softening, the sentence you rewrite four times before you send it. And what your voice sounds like when it isn't doing that.
Week 4 — What you believe you're worth
Venus
Receiving, worth, money, love and pleasure all sit together, which is why "I feel a bit indulgent spending this on myself" and "I find compliments unbearable" turn out to be the same sentence. This is often the week that changes the most.
Week 5 — Who you actually are, underneath all of it
The Sun
The part of you that's meant to be seen, and the reasons you learned to make yourself smaller and easier instead. What it would mean to take up your full amount of space.
Week 6 — Your anger, your wanting, and the courage to act
Mars
If you were taught that anger was unsafe or that wanting things was selfish, you learned to be agreeable instead. We look at what that's cost you in boundaries — and at how to want something out loud again.
Week 7 — What you believe is possible for you
Jupiter
The dream you quietly talked yourself out of, and the belief underneath it that a meaningful life is something other people get. This is where we start looking honestly at what you'd actually do with your one life.
Week 8 — The fear that's kept you exactly where you are
Saturn
The old fear that's so familiar it doesn't feel like a fear any more — it feels like a fact about the world. We name it, we look straight at it, and we work out what you'd do if it weren't running things.
Week 9 — The power you've been careful not to use
Pluto
The parts of yourself you've kept a firm lid on, because somewhere you learned they were too much for people. What happens when you stop managing them and start using them.
Week 10 — What you long for, and what you've been avoiding
Neptune
Where your sense of meaning actually comes from, what you've been quietly using to numb the ache instead, and how to tell the difference between real intuition and wishful thinking.
Week 11 — The part of you that never fit — and was never meant to
Uranus
The unconventional, original, slightly-too-different part of you that you've spent years filing down to belong. By this point in the twelve weeks, it usually turns out to be the best thing about you.
Week 12 — Making it yours
Integration
We put it all together into something you can actually live: what changes now, what you're going to ask for, and what the next chapter of your work and your life looks like from here.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
What you get, practically
- A full reading & recording of your own chart, done fresh for this — plus your solar return for the year ahead. So the twelve weeks are about you specifically, not about people in general.
- A recorded video each week — the part of you we're working on that week, what shapes it, and what it looks like when it's yours again. Watch it whenever suits you.
- A live group session every week with me, Tuesday's at 7pm UK time. This is where the real work happens — small enough that everyone is properly seen.
- A drumming journey in every live session — a simple, guided way of dropping out of your head and into your body, because this doesn't change from thinking about it.
- A meditation, journalling prompts and a small ritual for each week — the daily repetition that does the actual rewiring between sessions.
- A small group of 8 people walking exactly the same twelve weeks alongside you.
- Recordings of everything, so a difficult week at work doesn't cost you the program.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Who I built this for
This is for you if:
- You did everything you were told to, and you've quietly never felt like you fit.
- You're respected and capable at work, and it doesn't light you up, and you've stopped expecting it to.
- You were told, in one way or another, that you were too much — and you learned to be less.
- You're tired in a way that sleep and holidays don't touch.
- You've sensed for a while that there's more, and you're ready to find out what.
- You're willing to actually do the weekly work, not just listen to it.
This isn't for you if:
- You want to be told what's going to happen to you. I don't predict, and I never will.
- You want to learn astrology. This isn't a course in it, and you'll leave knowing very little more about it than you do now.
- You want someone to tell you what to do with your life. I'll help you find your own answer; I won't hand you mine.
- You're looking for something quick. Twelve weeks is the honest length of this, and even that is a beginning.
- You're in acute crisis right now. This is deep work, but it isn't crisis care, and I'd rather say so than take your money.
WHY ME
I spent years on the other side of this
I spent years in banking in London, living the life I was supposed to want and quietly feeling like a stranger to myself. From the outside it looked like I had everything. Underneath it I felt empty, and eventually I couldn't keep pretending I didn't.
What kept me there for so long was the fear of walking away from a comfortable, secure salary — I was genuinely scared of losing it. But once I finally decided to jump, I realised that life is actually full of infinite possibilities, and of course I found a way to rebuild my life around who I truly am.
I'm not someone who has it all figured out. But what I can tell you is that the things I was most afraid of when I left never actually happened — and on the other side of it, I found the space to be my whole self, all day, every day. I've spent every year since then helping other people find the same thing in their own charts, and this program is the twelve weeks I wish someone had walked me through back then.
PROOF
I'll be straight with you: this is the first time I'm running Rewire & Rise, so there are no graduates of it yet. What I can show you is eight years of what happens when people sit down with me and this map — and what happens when the work goes deeper than a single conversation.
From one-to-one readings:
"I could not stop thinking that Noel really knew me — even better than myself."
— Konstantina B.
"So many light-bulb moments as to why situations, emotions and patterns keep repeating themselves. I've left feeling ready to turn this ship around."
— Jessica G.
"Specific, intelligent and genuinely useful rather than vague or generic… grounded, thoughtful and perceptive."
— Bryan L.
"I got to reconnect with parts of myself I had forgotten about."
— Annabelle G.
"Clarifying, safe and empowering."
— Emma B.
From people who've done the deeper work with me and Vanessa:
"I found my authentic self and the truth, which is what I always needed. I just needed to be given permission."
— Cherrie S.
"I feel immensely lighter, and more free to express myself."
— Laura B.
"I really felt held, and that was the reason I felt safe."
— Marcelina K.
THE FOUNDING COHORT
About this first group
This is round one, and I'm keeping it deliberately small — 8 people, no more. There are two reasons for that. The first is that a group this size means nobody sits at the back; I'll know your chart, your patterns and your week, every week. The second is that I'll be asking more of you than of later groups — your honesty about what's working, what isn't, and what you needed that I didn't give you.
That's why the founding rate is £888.
Then, held gently, immediately below:
If your first thought just now was "that feels like a lot to spend on myself" — I'd like you to notice that thought, because it's the same one we work on in week four. It's rarely the money itself that keeps us where we are. It's the quiet belief that wanting more — a life that actually lights you up — is somehow selfish, when safe and sensible is what a responsible person settles for. There's nothing wrong with you for feeling that; it's simply what most of us were taught. But I'd rather you decided this from the part of you that knows what you need, rather than from the part that learned not to ask what your soul needs.
HOW TO JOIN
What happens next
1. You fill in a short application. Six questions, about ten minutes. It's not a test — I just need to understand where you are before we speak.
2. We have a 1/2 hour conversation. This is not a pitch. I'll tell you honestly whether I think this is right for you, and I'll say so if it isn't. There are a few practical things about how the twelve weeks work that I go through properly on this call rather than on a web page.
3. If it's a yes from both of us, I'll send you everything you need.
FAQ
Do I need to know anything about astrology?
Nothing at all. Quite a few people who've worked with me arrived fairly sceptical about it. You'll never be asked to learn a chart, memorise anything, or use a single technical word. I do that part; you get the plain-English version of what it says about you.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
Tell me on the application and we'll work with it. There's are techniques in astrology to work out the ascendant of your time of birth and other techniques that provide tons of information about you so that you can work with.
How much time does it take each week?
Around three hours: a video of forty minutes or so in your own time, the live session, and twenty minutes a day on the practice. The daily piece is the part that actually changes things, and it's deliberately small enough to survive a busy week.
What if I miss a live session?
Everything is recorded. Life happens, and a difficult week at work shouldn't cost you the program. That said, the live sessions are where most of the shift occurs, so come to as many as you can.
Is this therapy?
No, and I'm not a therapist. This is deep psychological work and it goes to real places, but it's not treatment, and it doesn't replace it. But I find it would work well alongside therapy.
I'm not in the UK. Does that work?
Yes — it's all online, and sessions run at 7pm London time. Tell me your timezone on the application and I'll be honest with you about whether it'll work.
What if I'm not ready?
Then don't apply yet. This will run again, and it'll still be here. But it's worth asking yourself, honestly, whether "not ready" is information — or whether it's the same voice that's kept you exactly where you are for a while now.
ONE MORE YEAR IS A LONG TIME
The version of you that learned to keep everyone else happy is still doing her/his job perfectly well. You can keep it up for another year without any trouble at all, and from the outside nothing much will look wrong.
That's rather the problem with this particular ache — nothing forces the issue. (sometimes it does - but it can take a long time). There's sometimes no crisis for a long time, no deadline, nobody sitting you down. It just quietly takes a little more of your life each year, and you'd be amazed how fast a decade goes when nothing is forcing your hand.
It doesn't have to keep going that way. You're not looking for a new self — you're coming home to the one you set aside in order to fit in. That's twelve weeks' work, and it starts in October 2026.
